Linda

Founder and Director

Linda has over 30 years of experience in healthcare across both public and private sectors. In 2009, after earning her Master of Business Administration, she founded Your Home Care, which has grown into one of Queensland's leading independent home care providers, employing over 100 staff.

After the heartbreaking loss of her beloved son Jack to suicide, Linda's lived experience has deepened her commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. This profound personal journey now drives her dedication to delivering high-quality care in a safe, nurturing environment for those who need it most.

Clare

Non-Executive Director

Clare is known for her uncommon blend of empathy, commercial acumen and lived experience. Clients describe her as calm, insightful and quietly courageous. She is someone who brings both heart and clarity to the table. Her background in Nursing and Health has shaped a deeply human-centred approach, while her decades of business ownership and leadership ensure her work remains grounded in strategic outcomes. Clare’s personal journey, including the profound impact of losing her niece to suicide ten years ago, brings a level of compassion and perspective that resonates with leaders navigating complexity, change and challenge.

Jo

Non-Executive Director

Jo has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry across public and private mental health services. Her career spans from clinical nursing, psychology, completing her MBA to executive leadership roles within private mental health hospitals and community services. In providing healthcare, her approach centres on understanding an individual's unique experience and delivering holistic care, inclusive of both the individual and their family. Jo’s interests are informed by her extensive learnings and professional experiences in mental health service design and development, workplace culture, clinical governance, healthcare systems and operations.

Faisal

Non-Executive Director

Faisal is an experienced leader in corporate tax and business advisory services. He is currently the Managing Partner at FSA, where his focus is on driving growth by fostering a culture that attracts and retains top talent, ensuring high-quality service.

His expertise spans taxation, business structure & strategy, and providing solutions to large private businesses, family enterprises, and high-net-worth individuals. Clients benefit from his insights as a business owner and taxation expert, helping improve their business structure and performance across various sectors.
